ARE LOVE LOCKS ROMANTIC OR A MENACE?

Well, we know that tourists are an important part of the global economy. They want to leave a mark on the country that they visit and one of the most popular ideas is putting a love-lock in a tourist trap. But, are love-locks romantic or a menace?
On the one hand, being in love with someone is a great feeling, you are in a cloud. So, you want to stay all your life with your partner.  Furthermore, urban legends say that if you put a love-lock in a bridge and you throw the key into de river, your love will lasts forever. Romantic, isn’t it?
On the other hand, all these love-locks are a menace to the environment. Imagine all the keys that are in the river living with a wide range of fishes. They probably have problems with keys and a lot of them will die soon because of the pollution of the river.
Moreover, the bridges that are preserved for a long time.
In conclusion, love-locks are a romantic idea, of course, but we have to think beyond us and think about the environment. If you take care of your partner and you respect her or him, your love will last more than putting a love-lock on a bridge.
