Dear Amancio Ortega, I am writing in response to your grant for studying in Canada. I would like to apply for the position of student of second of batxillerat. My name is Laia Moyes Caceres, I am 16 years old and I’m from Santa Margarida de Montbui. I have lived here since 2004. When I was 2 years old I lived in Igualada, the capital of Anoia. I live with my parents, Jordi and Gemma and my little brother that he’s 13 years old. If I talk about my hobbies, handball it’s on the top. I have played handball since I was in Primary School. I like also other sports such as football, basketball and volleyball. But I have other hobbies like reading books (specially classics), watching TV or series. My favourites ones are in Netflix. Next year, I will go to the university. I would like to study Literary Studies cause I love the literature. I will go to the University of Barcelona. I’m going to talk about my experience.
